Teray is a respected executive, strategist, consultant and speaker who enjoys working with Fortune 1000 companies, entrepreneurs, government and not-for-profit organizations. She has provided leadership and services in a variety of sectors including corporate/business, entertainment/media, fundraising, sustainable/green, high tech, real estate and not-for-profit.

Teray’s background includes an illustrious ten year career at Xerox Corporation where she received awards and accolades each year for her marketing, sales and management performance. She was a founding partner of Phoenix Partners (a private investment-banking boutique) and served as CEO of Entertainment Financial Services, Stephens Group Holdings and Invision Group (capital sourcing & fundraising, packaging, strategic business development & marketing, and venture consulting). She has also been a University professor and served on a number of boards (corporate and not-for-profit).
Teray’s activities during recent years have included: keynote speaking and webinars, strategic business development and marketing, fundraising, ‘acting’ CEO, executive project management, major event production/conferences and global distribution for consumer goods. Teray’s focus in 2009 include working with clients on: understanding and accessing ARRA opportunities, getting Americans back to work, and adjusting business/marketing plans to the realities of the current economic climate.
